Use this option to change your company’s registration details with Micronet, e.g. to activate your Micronet system when it is first installed, to update your company’s ACN, or to change the date your Micronet licence expires. You also use this option to activate the specific modules which form part of your Micronet system, e.g. Enhanced POS, PDA Applications, EFTPOS, multi bins and T accounts.

Micronet displays a warning message.
Micronet displays the Change Existing Company (Registration) screen. The details displayed will have been setup when Micronet was first installed in your company.

Date Valid To |
Enter displays the date to which this company's Micronet licence is valid. Users will get an expiry warning starting seven days prior to expiry. |

Maximum Sessions |
Enter the number of users your company is licensed for. This is the maximum number of users who can be using Micronet at one time. |

Pooled Company |
This field is only used where multiple companies are sharing licences. |

Version Number |
Enter the version of the Micronet software that your company is licensed to use. |

Registration |
Enter the company's Micronet registration key as supplied by Micronet. This verifies that the codes are genuine Micronet codes and match the company profile details held by Micronet Systems Australia. |

Data Path |
Enter the path to the company's data files. You can change this if required. |
If you mistype the Registration number or enter an invalid number, Micronet displays the following message.

Technical Tip Selecting Yes in the Enabled field turns a module on and selecting No turns a module off, in exactly the same way as selecting ACTIVATE PACKAGE or DEACTIVATE PACKAGE on the Change Existing Company (Registration) screen. |
